How do I log in to my Virtual Private Server?

Unlike many hosting providers, Neodock requires the use of a virtual private network (VPN) connection to access customer equipment. This provides a much more secure hosting environment for all of our customers.

Shortly after your account is created, you will receive an e-mail with information about your Neodock account. You can use this username and password to login to our secure VPN portal (https://vpn.neodock.net) to download the required VPN software for Windows, Linux or Mac computers.

Each time you want to access your server (over remote desktop or SSH) you must first connect to the Neodock VPN.
