How do I log in to my Shared Hosting portal?

Root Folder > Accounts, Access and Security
Shortly after your account is created, you will receive information about your Neodock account and your portal server URL. You can use this username and password to login to your web hosting Plesk portal URL.
 
If you are unsure of your portal URL, take the base URL of your web site and add ":8443" to the end of it.   For example, if your URL is https://www.neodock.net, your portal URL would be https://www.neodock.net:8443.   If you access your site in this way, you may get a SSL security warning.
 
If you have lost or have forgotten your portal URL, you can open a support ticket to have your initial account e-mail resent.
