When is my credit card billed?

Neodock will bill your credit card within 48 hours of placing an initial order. This charge will be the prorated amount of your monthly service from the date of your order's activation until the 7th day of the next month. Orders made in the first seven days of a month will be billed initially for a full month of service plus the additional days prorated.

All of our recurring accounts bill on the 7th day of each month.
